In our vigilant efforts to provide a safe environment for children and families, St Margaret of Cortona Parish follows all diocesan policies. All parish volunteers (18+) who participate in any parish program or ministry that delegates "care, custody, or control of children" must comply with the Safe Environment plan. Summarized, this program consists of a one-time class (Protecting God's Children) and a fingerprinting + background check to be renewed every five years.
